About the Role As an RN in our skilled nursing facility, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical team, providing hands-on care, critical assessments, and clinical leadership. You'll collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the dignity and support they deserve. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assess and monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs as needed Document accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) Follow all policies and procedures of the facility Serves as charge nurses when assigned Participates as required in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
