Position Overview: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a licensed member of the home care team. The CNA is responsible for the basic daily care of the client. CNAs will help maintain care records for the client and communicate with other members of the care team. CNAs report to the Administrator and or Alternate Administrator. Essential Functions: To enable patients to stay in their homes by monitoring and recording the client’s physical and mental condition. To follow HIPAA guidelines regarding all client PHI.
