Duties Description The RN 1 serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team performing various nursing duties, including coordinating and monitoring all aspects of medical care for residents. Duties Description The Registered Nurse 1 (RN1) ensures the medical/nursing needs of our individuals living at Old Farms and Hillis Terrace IRAS and will be based out of Old Farms IRA. Old Farms IRA which currently accommodates five individuals with various medical and behavioral needs. Hillis Terrace similarly serves five individuals with diverse medical and behavioral requirements. Key responsibilities include reviewing patient records, processing incident reports when necessary, and collaborating with oversight and provider agencies concerning documentation, procedures, and follow-up actions.
