About the Role The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides compassionate, person-centered care and support to individuals residing in their homes and community settings. This direct care position assists consumers with personal care, daily living activities, meal preparation, mobility, housekeeping, and community engagement while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or designated supervisor, the Home Health Aide helps maintain a safe and supportive environment and promptly reports any changes in a consumer's health or well-being. Primary Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, and oral hygiene. Assist with activities of daily living, including eating, mobility, transfers, ambulation, and maintaining independence.
