Department Overview Our cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) is a 25-bed pediatric critical care unit for patients with complex conditions and their families. In this unit, we care for patients along their continuum of acute recovery to provide for their changing physical and emotional needs as we prepare them to return home.
