Makes medical diagnoses and institute appropriate therapy within the applicable scope and standards of practice.15% Orders, interprets, and evaluates laboratory, radiological, and diagnostic studies appropriate for the patient's condition to determine and implement treatment plans.10% Assesses learning needs of patient and family and provides education based on age, culture and willingness to learn.
