School LPN Nurse Needed in the Bronx 2 days per week, 9am-5pm! Scope of Services Consultant will coordinate and oversee the health care services across the 2 sites. This includes: -Completing all screenings including vision, height, dental, weight and lead. Dental and vision will be monitored and charted if completed prior by the physician. Description As an integral part of the clinical care team, the Patient Care Associate is responsible for patient care and support activities promoting patient focused care within the Specialty Service.
