Confidential Skilled Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Columbia County, PA is looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) MDS Coordinator to join our Team! This is a full time position. This position requires for work to be completed at the facility. This is not a remote position. This position pays up to $90,000 per year depending upon experience. Job Responsibilities: Develop preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each resident, utilizing the forms required by current rules or regulations and Facility policies. Ensure that all members of the assessment team are aware of the importance of completeness and accuracy in their assessment functions and that they are aware of the penalties, including civil money penalties, for false certification.
