Knowledge and experience in community health nursing preferred. Home care or home health experience preferred. Licensure and Certification Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse license. Basic Life Support certification for Healthcare Providers required. Skills and Competencies Strong fundamental nursing skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Patient assessment and critical thinking skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with computer systems and electronic documentation.
