This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about resident care, infection prevention, staff education, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily oversight of nursing services. Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing supervisors, nurses, and nursing assistants. Participate in QAPI initiatives and other clinical improvement projects. Assist the DON with special projects and assume leadership responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Current New York State RN license in good standing. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care, or Rehabilitation setting. Prior ADON, Nurse Manager, Unit Manager, Infection Preventionist, or nursing leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of infection prevention practices and regulatory requirements. Infection prevention certification or specialized training is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to educate, motivate, and lead clinical staff. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality resident care.
