Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.3. Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current.4. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current.5. Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred. FACILITY / UNIT TRAINING 1. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate preferred for Intensive Care.2. Non-OB Facilities – NRP Required 90 days after hire and maintained.3. Professional Certification within 2 years of hire, preferred.
