Nursing to patient ratio, depends on acuity, and could be 5-6 patients. The RN is responsible for all care and has oversight to delegate tasks to PCAs and LPNs on shift when able. Day shifts are available; 12 hour shifts scheduled 3 days a week. Working a varied schedule, every third weekend rotating, and some holidays assigned for the year; no guaranteed schedule. POSITION SUMMARY This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development.
