It is likely to be a 3-day per week schedule with NO on-call. The RN must be flexible to support our local SNF Dialysis dens if needed and possibly get some hours in outpatient dialysis while census growth occurs. Approximately 10% of all dialysis patients reside in a Skilled Nursing Facility and are transported to dialysis three times a week placing a significant burden on patients and adding significant avoidable costs to the health care system.
