Responsible for checking the fax machine and completing any prior authorization requests or any other clinical requests that are faxed throughout the day Responsible for completing FMLA and Disability Paperwork as related to clinic specialties to be returned to the appropriate clinic for physician signature. If a form requires information that only the doctor can provide (such as assessments the physician has to complete) the Clinical Access Nurse will complete as much of the form as possible and then place the paperwork in the appropriate clinic folder for the physician to complete.
