As the Registered Nurse in Home Health you will provide and direct provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of Washington Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation Preferred Qualifications Current CPR Certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire 1+ years of Home Health experience Ability to work independently Solid communication, writing, and organizational skills Pay Range $64,100 - $141,500 annual total cash target pay $36.98 - $81.63 per visit point $30.82 - $68.03 hourly rate Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full-time employment (40 weekly hours) at full productivity and generally follows the range above. Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed. When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation. Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits. Each type of visit is assigned a certain number of productivity points that is inclusive of "direct" and "indirect" patient care activities. Visits are assigned based on patient and business needs. The number of visits performed each week will vary based on individual productivity targets and the productivity points assigned to the visits performed. You will be paid your hourly rate for certain non-visit activities such as orientation. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day As an Ageless Provider, you’ll serve as a trusted clinician for patients pursuing lasting improvements in their health and vitality. You’ll lead patient evaluations, manage treatment plans, and oversee the delivery of safe, evidence-based therapies that produce measurable results. Daily responsibilities include: Conducting new patient consultations, reviewing medical histories, and performing physical assessments. Ordering, reviewing, and interpreting lab work and diagnostic tests to inform individualized treatment plans. Prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and related medications. Overseeing the administration of weight management treatments , including GLP-1 medications , and monitoring patient progress. Providing clinical oversight for nursing staff performing blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections. Reviewing and signing off on patient charts, treatment documentation, and lab results in the EMR. Ensuring compliance with all state and federal medical regulations, safety standards, and internal protocols. Educating patients about hormone optimization, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to enhance results. Collaborating closely with the medical director and clinical leadership to maintain consistent, high-quality care across the clinic. Position Overview: Cancer Care Northwest is seeking a dedicated full-time Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients following established standards and practices. Demonstrates knowledge of age specific differences in the patient population including late adolescence, adulthood, middle age, and the elderly. This includes physiological, psychological, and developmental differences unique to each group. Participates in companywide quality initiatives. Supports and adheres to the Cancer Care Northwest Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Assists physician with exams and procedures. Maintains efficient and appropriate patient flow in and out of exam rooms. Assesses and records patient data prior to each physician visit, including but not limited to, vital signs, height, weight, allergies, and medication changes. Maintains all exam room disinfection protocols. Assesses patients for changes in condition, including but not limited to abnormal labs, x-rays, scans, drug reactions and initiates appropriate Maintains knowledge of reimbursement procedures. Completes all procedure charge forms. Assure pre-authorization and appropriate consent forms are obtained prior to all procedures and administration of therapies. Assures nursing charges are accurate and complete on patient fee slips. Is skilled in performing venipuncture, accesses implanted ports and maintains central lines catheter devices. Registered Nurses in the primary nurse role will be able to cross train to the infusion nurse role. Administers all medications using correct medication, dosage/amount, route, time and technique. Displays appropriate technical skills for the administration of medications to include, but not limited to: sub-q, IM, and venipuncture. Triages patient phone calls as needed and documents relevant information in the patient's chart. Maintains a clean work environment and restocks the supply area as needed. Provides nursing coverage for the satellite offices as needed. Follows OSHA guidelines when handling cytotoxic agents, biohazardous waste and any other material potentially infected with a blood borne pathogen. Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations. Acts as a resource person to the medical assistants. Maintains patient confidentiality. Maintains current knowledge of oncology nursing by participating in ongoing educational opportunities. Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred. RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Must maintain continuing education requirements.
