Overview VNS Health Psychiatric RN provides mental health assessment of and treatment to patients with psychiatric symptoms, cognitive deficits, and/or behavioral problems. Provides support and education to VNS Health staff and caregivers to enable them to better care for patients with psychiatric, cognitive and/or behavioral problems. Works under moderate supervision. Description Job Title - Nurse Practitioner-Inpatient Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant - Mount Sinai Hospital - Full Time - Day (12 hour shift) A nurse practitioner (NP) as described in Title VIII, Article 139 section 6910 of the New York Education Law is a RN who has earned a separate certification as an NP through advanced clinical nursing education in a distinct specialty area of practice.
