Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and specialized equipment, while managing overall patient care, safety, and monitoring before, during, and after procedures. Directly assist operating physicians with surgical tasks, including patient positioning, instrument selection, fluid/hemostasis management, and wound exposure.
