Your Schedule: PRN Night Shift - 6:45 pm - 7:15 am PRN staff are required to work a minimum of four 12-hour shifts every six weeks; however, candidates must commit to two 12-hour shifts per week for the first 4 weeks of employment for orientation. Three additional on-campus classes must be taken throughout the 6-week orientation, which includes ED Bootcamp, Handle With Care, and Mass Decon Training, which all have set dates and meet typically only once a month. All Employees (Night shift & PRN included) are required to attend hospital orientation during regular daytime hours during the first week of employment. The Registered Nurse in Home Health provides and directs provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
