Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments for individuals admitted to CRTP. Oversight of self-medication administration program, monitor therapeutic response, and document outcomes. Provide direct nursing interventions such as wound care, diabetes management, respiratory illness support, and chronic disease oversight. Monitor early signs of medical or psychiatric crisis and initiate appropriate interventions. Damos servicio a Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island y Manhattan. PAGO: Saldo paga hasta 19.09 Responsabilidades: Brindar servicios de atención médica en las residencias de los pacientes. Realizar tareas domésticas y del hogar. Acompañar a los pacientes al consultorio del médico o al hospital. Ayudar con las actividades de cuidado personal de los clientes. Monitorear a los pacientes e informar sobre su condición Mantener registros de atención de pacientes y documentar los servicios prestados. Brindar compañía y apoyo emocional o psicológico básico.
