Follow written care plans and office instructions. Communicate professionally with clients, office staff and approved facility personnel. Complete accurate electronic documentation during every shift. Have reliable access to a smartphone. Maintain client confidentiality. Remain attentive and awake throughout every assigned shift. Follow all attendance, call-off, clock-in, clock-out and documentation requirements. Safely perform the physical responsibilities of the accepted assignment. Complete required orientation, training and assignment-specific instruction. CPR and First Aid certification are not listed as pre-interview document requirements for this position.
