Position Overview The RN/LPN MDS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process , ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Area Assessments (CAAs), and interdisciplinary care plans .
