Initiates appropriate emergency measures when patient's condition dictates need. Prepares patients for tests and procedures. Administers and documents medications according to policy and procedure. Can appropriately delegate care to non-licensed personnel and report to the Registered nurse. Report to the Registered nurse with a thorough concise report on patient condition changes or evaluation of interventions.
