Develop further, maintain/manage patient care panel with participation in managed care programs and other direct patient care programs as applicable. On a daily basis, review all laboratory and radiology reports to identify abnormal results for urgent follow-up. Ensure that patients are contracted to arrange additional care and that their primary providers are notified. Participates in and provide departmental and Family Medicine educational activities to medical students, allied health professional students. Participate in hospital and departmental health fairs, community health education events and speak to community groups, when requested. Qualifications Required Qualifications New York State Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner Licensure. Master of Science Degree in Nursing. BCLS Certification. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years relevant clinical experience.
