Successful completion of medical assistant education with a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited program and certification with the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Technologists (RMA), or National Association for Health Professionals (NRCMA) within 6 months of hire. or Current CMA certification with the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA), or National Healthcareer Association (CCMA) and completion of a medical assistant education program approved by Broadlawns Medical Center. a.
