SUMMARY Provides each of your assigned patients with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the patient's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisor. Assists in personal grooming of patients, e.g., brushing hair, trimming fingernails and toenails, and shaving. Turns patient intermittently of patient is bedridden due to illness.
