Administrative Practice Domain Participates in departmental and interdisciplinary committees which influence and/or determine policies affecting nursing practice. Collaborative Physician Agreement Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with agreement between Nurse Practitioner and collaborating physician with endorsement by Vice President, Hospital Operations and Chairman of the department. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Other Job Duties Keeps knowledge current by self-directed learning and attendance at educational programs. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications Requirements: Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in New York. National certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in cardiology, heart failure, or structural heart programs. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to multitask and manage complex patient care needs efficiently. Preferred Experience Previous experience with TAVR, LVAD, or CHF patient management. Knowledge of advanced hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac assist devices. Experience in program development or coordination. Pay Range USD $151,740.55 - USD $151,740.55 /Yr.
