Gold Crest Care Center, located in the Pelham Gardens area of the Bronx is actively seeking CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to work Weekends, all shifts, for our Skilled Nursing Facility (Nursing and Rehab Center). We are looking for a skilled CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to become a part of our facility’s compassionate care-giving team. The CNA will interact directly with patients, providing comfort and transportation, monitoring their vital signs and assisting with daily living needs. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate and energetic individual to be a vital link between our patients and the nurses and other facility staff. Responsibilities: Assist with daily living activities. This includes delivering meals to patients, turning and ambulating patients and providing plenty of fresh water, as well as extra nourishment between meals Help patients with personal hygiene. Facilitates efficient and cost-effective daily operations of the unit(s) in relation to patient throughput including admissions, discharges and transfers. Promotes a culture of safety and quality by ensuring continuity and consistency in the implementation of established standards, protocols, policies and procedures. In collaboration with the Patient Care Director, participates in the establishment of unit(s) short- and long-term goals and ensures its alignment with the hospital’s overall strategic goals. Accountable for monitoring staff compliance with regulatory, hospital and divisional requirements. This is a full-time night position at New York-Presbyterian/ Columbia Presbyterian. Gold Crest Care Center, located in the Pelham Gardens area of the Bronx is actively seeking CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to work Weekends, all shifts, for our Skilled Nursing Facility (Nursing and Rehab Center). We are looking for a skilled CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to become a part of our facility’s compassionate care-giving team. The CNA will interact directly with patients, providing comfort and transportation, monitoring their vital signs and assisting with daily living needs. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate and energetic individual to be a vital link between our patients and the nurses and other facility staff. Responsibilities: Assist with daily living activities. This includes delivering meals to patients, turning and ambulating patients and providing plenty of fresh water, as well as extra nourishment between meals Help patients with personal hygiene.
