Job Description Performs an age specific plan of care for a designated group of patients using the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. Registered Nurse 2 (T&RC) Positions perform duties in each of the three functional areas described below. Directs the development and implementation of nursing care plans on a unit. Provides individual care, and functions as an educator and nursing services expert. Assesses work methods of nursing staff and provides feedback to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of care delivered. Coordinates medical and nursing care needs with other health care providers and departments. Ensures proper functioning of equipment and unit compliance with safety and environmental standards.
