POSITION OVERVIEW This Travel Qualified Medication Aide role supports short- and long-term assignments across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky, requiring adaptability while maintaining consistent standards of care. Responsibilities & Requirements The Medical Assistant II supports patient care by performing both clinical and administrative tasks in outpatient and ambulatory care settings. POSITION OVERVIEW The MDS Coordinator (LPN, RN) is responsible for overseeing the resident assessment and care planning process and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations related to resident assessments, quality of care and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. Provide information to residents/families on Medicare/Medicaid and other financial assistance programs available to the residents. Ensure that MDS notes are informative and descriptive of the services provided and of the residents’ response to the service. Assist with completing the care plan portion of the residents’ discharge plan. Evaluate and implement recommendations from established committees as they pertain to the assessment and/or care plan functions of the health campus.
