Assistant Director of Nursing Full job description Healthcare Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and professional Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to work in coordination with the DON to support the nursing department functions of our rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. As Assistant Director of Nursing, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, management, and a long-term care setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
