This is a remote position based in the central Massachusetts area (you must live in the area) and requires experience working in nursing homes or long-term care facilities as well as a strong background in wound care. The ideal candidate must be comfortable driving distances up to 2 hours away. Provide quality assessments to client’s medication sheets and files to determine if clients are receiving appropriate medication in a timely manner, including proper destruction of medication. Follow all policies and procedures with regard to patient information protection, including alcohol-drug patient confidentiality and HIPAA. Attend training on chemical dependency as required. Maintains and adheres to established infection control/employee health program. Maintain and demonstrates a current working knowledge of applicable clinical procedures and nursing care based on company policy and State and Federal guidelines.
