This infusion field nurse would be responsible for conducting patient visits to initiate patient care, performing follow-up visits as needed, and precepting and evaluating the skills of newly hired nurses as requested. The Infusion Homecare Nurse will partner with our Infusion Intake Team to ensure seamless initiation of infusion care in patients' homes. Qualifications: Applicants must have at least 3 years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience as a registered nurse in a home care infusion company, hospital, clinic, or medical facility Supervisory or managerial experience PREFERRED. Infusion experience is REQUIRED. MUST have experience infusing IV/SQIG and biologic medications! Knowledge of principles & practices of supervision, performance evaluation, and education. Knowledge of Federal HIPAA Regulations Knowledge of standard nursing policies, procedures, methods, and techniques. Ability to read and interpret clinical documents, including physicians' orders and treatment plans. Ability to participate in a multi-disciplinary health care team. They will conduct on-site field visits to provide patient care and, upon request, supervise nursing staff competence. They must be able to multitask and prioritize work responsibilities. Learn About a Day In the Life of a Surgical Tech: Responsibilities The Certified Surgical Technologist is responsible for assisting the surgeon in the sterile field according to AORN Standards of Practice Recommendations. Performs scrub duties in varied specialties/procedures. Ensures that the case has the necessary sterile supplies and equipment for that surgeon and procedure. Assists with circulating duties under direct supervision of the RN circulator assigned to the patient. Ensures adherence to Hospital, State, and departmental policies and procedures. Qualifications Job Requirements: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or NCC. Annually complete 15 hours of continuing education to remain qualified to practice as a surgical technologist in the State of NJ. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Preferred Job Requirements: High School or GED equivalent. Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program. Minimum of one (1) year as a Certified Surgical Technologist.
