Job Description Housing Case Managers are responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. This role involves a combination of advocacy, direct support, and resource coordination to meet the varied needs of clients. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing harm reduction strategies, delivering trauma-informed care, intervening in crises, and coordinating resources. The goal is to empower clients to attain self-sufficiency by equipping them with essential life skills and support needed to achieve housing stability and secure permanent housing. The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Hours are 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
