The Specialty Nurse is an RN with recognized leadership abilities and strong clinical background, who will actively assist the Director in developing, implementing and evaluating programs for improving the quality of care in the Operating Room. This position is responsible for problem solving, coordinating and maintaining unit resources on an ongoing basis and other duties as assigned.
