Complete work assignments with C.N.A.'s, and communicate any changes in resident care plan or condition of resident. Maintain PHI by assuring C.N.A.'s adhere to facility policy and procedure. Regulatory Compliance: Understand, comply with and promote all rules regarding resident rights. Educate and assure C.N.A. compliance with respect to resident rights. Report all suspected, alleged, or witnessed physical, sexual, or verbal abuse immediately to the Administrator, Abuse Prevention Coordinator and/or designee.
