Assist in providing a therapeutic, person-centered memory care activity program that constantly strives to enhance the quality of life of each resident, meets the Memory Care Program Mission and Philosophy, and upholds the Memory Care policies and procedures and all state and federal standards; commit in providing non-scheduled activities through the use of my talents and training. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care within the Medical/Surgical Unit. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients.
