Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Personal Care Assistance: Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Health Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of nursing care procedures and safety practices.
