Job Duties/Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing medical detoxification, including assesment, and monitoring of withdrawl symptoms. Assess and respond to medical needs of patients under the guidance of the physicians. Conduct safety checks and implement appropriate behavioral management techniques. Monitor, report, and document patient behaviors and overall well being. Administer medications and perform treatments as needed under the guidance of treatment team.
