Emergency Department Triage, assess and treat patients of all age presenting for emergency care for all body systems, conditions and diseases including but not limited to: coronary, pulmonary, neuro, skeletal muscular, GI/metabolic, GU/renal, GYN, integumentary, etc.. Intermediate Care Monitored post-surgical care including but not limited to neuro, GI, GU/GYN, peripheral vascular interventions, orthopedic procedures, etc.. Medical diagnoses including but not limited to: cardiac, pulmonary, neuron, GI, VCA/TIA and renal conditions, etc.. Medical Surgical Medical/Surgical diagnoses including but not limited to orthopedic, neuron, GI, GU/GYN, renal, metabolic, pulmonary systems and those requiring isolation/precautions. The evaluation may initiate the need for reassessment and revisions to the problems, goals, plan of care, and interventions. This step provides for documentation of required actions. As an MDS Coordinator (RN), you will be responsible for completing accurate assessments, MDS & care plans as assigned, initiating care plans and supporting activities as assigned, and maintaining & updating all care plans and assessments as required.
