Demonstrates appropriate population specific techniques with patients. Documents administration of over-the-counter medications and/or other medications in Epic per policy or protocol. Cleans, prepares and stocks exam rooms, treatment rooms, and workstations. Calls patients regarding test results and medical instruction under the direction of a Physician. Calls in medication refills under the direction of a Physician or protocol. Documents patient care information in the outpatient medical record according to standards.
