The Avenue at Wooster is a Post-Hospital Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Care Facility that offers a distinctive environment not commonly found in skilled nursing facilities. Our facility provides some of the area’s highest level of rehabilitation, nursing and medical support to individuals needing post-hospital care and services. We are looking for a committed individual with a reputation for being cheerful and friendly as they administer care to our residents. Nurse would be responsible for tracking all wound care as well as doing weekly rounds with wound doctor.
