Minimum 3+ years nursing experience in healthcare, Long Term Care, Subacute setting Minimum 2+ years supervisor experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
