Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Provide catheter care and assist with mobility needs of patients. Support nursing staff in providing basic life support when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address concerns and provide updates on patient status. Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills in areas such as ICU care or urgent care. Qualifications Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required. Previous experience in assisted living, or long-term care is highly desirable. Knowledge of basic life support techniques and ability to perform catheter care. Strong understanding of physiology related to patient care needs. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
