Team members provide rapid assessment and management of critical illnesses, as well as prompt care of minor illnesses and injuries. The Registered Nurse role is responsible for the management of patient care, including clinical nursing practice/caring, leadership, management, professionalism, and growth/development, as well as the independent assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
