We currently are offering Night shift position that can either be full time or part time to include Thur, Fri , Sat 7p-7am or Fri, Sat, Sun. This can be every week or every other week. Current shifts available at our Ruskin group home with current 5 patients with a Home health Aid present for support. These are medically complex individuals with Trach, feeding tube and ventilator, will train. Requirements 1year LPN experience Current CPR card Pass Local and Level 2 screen Lift minimum 50 lbs Staff receive Paid in 2 business days from shift Direct Deposit Medical Insurance eligibility Bay Area Direct Client Care has an immediate opening in Valrico area, for a medically complex individual in the family home with Tracheostomy on oxygen and feeding tube. Nights needed are Sunday and Tuesday from 5pm-5am, weekly pay with direct deposit. Bay Area Direct Client Care has an immediate opening for an experienced home health aide/ CNA in our medical group home 7pm- 7am. Starting rate $20/hr (Training is at training rate $15/hr, first solo shift is $20). The schedule rotates from week to week to accomodate every other weekend. Week one only work Thursday night 7pm- 7am. Week 2 work Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat Sun 7pm-7am and back to week 1 next week. Pay period runs from Wed- Tues so will have one check for 36 hrs next check 48 hours weekly pay. NO SLEEPING IS PERMITTED. Currently 5 patient group home with Nurse at all times. Requirements: High School Diploma Min 1 year experience Pass Local/Level 2 background Current CPR/First Aide Current HHA/First Aide Reliable Transportation Direct Deposit Weekly pay

Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted APRN license or willing to obtain a medical licenses in state of practice; Graduate of accredited APRN program of an accredited university You will demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients You will need to know how to use email and EMR At least one year of experience working as a cardiovascular nurse practitioner. You will have experience with pacemaker/ICD monitoring You will place IVs and administer IV medications This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
