This role is part of the HRSA Street Medicine Intervention for people with HIV who are unsheltered, and is designed to bring critical health services directly to people experiencing homelessness and at-risk for HIV and Hepatitis C. The RN Street Outreach Nurse will provide brief health assessments, first aid, and vital signs monitoring in non-traditional settings, while also connecting individuals to ongoing care and resources.
