Essential Functions: Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations Assist with admissions of new residents, including assessments and documentation. Assist with the process of implementing acute and long-term care plans or service plans an/or the collection of data Responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e., wounds or infection control) under the director's direction. Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in the resident’s health and provide proper documentation.
