Participates in the yearly written evaluations of nursing assistants and documents accurately their strengths, weaknesses and the steps that need to be taken to improve their performance. 14. Assists Staff Development with orientation and on-the-job training for new nursing personnel as needed. 15. Collaborates with nursing supervisor in documenting disciplinary concerns for nursing assistants on designated shifts, including reprimands, oral and written warnings, and corrective action recommendations. 16.
