Coordinates the assignment of work of facility staff and evaluates performance. Monitors the health and medical condition of individuals served ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Assists in the performance of quarterly and annual physicals. Monitors weight gains or losses and updates medical records regularly. Monitors budgets for assigned areas. Manages activities to ensure financial goals are met. Monitors budget variances and implements corrective action plans as needed. Performs other related duties and activities as required. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directs and supervises assigned staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training.
