LPN will also assist with training new staff and a point of contact for medical assistants. Responsibilities Triage incoming patients by obtaining vital signs, following standing triage orders, reconcile medication list, reconcile allergies, make sure immunizations are up to date and prepare patients for the visit. Completes delegated tasks from the current and prior day i.e. patient messages, prescription refills, lab results, referrals, home health requests, medication prior authorizations, patient forms, and physician follow-up.
